1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Products showing signs of wear or use.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Natural variations in crystals and gemstones, including differences in color, texture, inclusions, shape, or size. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

If the product is no longer available, you may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• Store credit equal to the purchase amount.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the return process described above will apply if the product is eligible.

• Texture

These natural variations are not defects and are not grounds for a return or refund.
